AGREEMENTS FOR COMPANIES
The Law Firm Avv. Laura Mingrino, with the aim of preventing and/or providing prompt resolution to many business issues, offers continuous and specific professional assistance for companies.
The de qua assistance allows you to:
1) Contact the Law Firm for support as soon as a problematic issue arises, in order to prevent its worsening and at the same time facilitate its resolution.
2) Benefit from economic convenience in legal assistance and consultancy on a flat-rate basis, compared to the analytical application of professional fees to each individual case.
3) Obtain legal support in a short time for any matters to be dealt with particularly urgently.
In order to provide such ongoing assistance to companies, the Law Firm Avv. Laura Mingrino has established an ANNUAL AGREEMENT, with a predetermined professional fee, in compliance with current legal fees and the Code of Ethics.
The agreement covers ongoing services of consultancy and out-of-court and judicial assistance, and in particular:
1) OUT-OF-COURT ACTIVITIES
The out-of-court activities included in the AGREEMENT, by way of example, include the following activities:
- drafting of oral or written opinions;
- assistance, drafting and interpretation of contracts with suppliers, clients, consumers, etc.;
- drafting of contracts, letters and other documents;
- assistance in out-of-court settlements;
- assistance regarding the advisability of initiating legal proceedings.
2) JUDICIAL ACTIVITIES
The judicial activity, on the other hand, consists of the defense and representation of the contracted company before the competent judicial authorities in all disputes, both active and passive.
For the best performance of these activities, meetings are arranged at the Law Firm's office, or, if necessary, at the company's registered office or via IT or telephone tools.
