We inform you that the processing of data concerning users will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency and will be carried out in such a way as to ensure adequate security of the same, pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the "GDPR").

The information notice is to be considered valid only for the above-mentioned site and not for other sites accessible via links.
The information notice is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted by the European Authorities to identify the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, including the methods, timing, and nature of the data that data controllers must provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.
The Data Controller of the Data that the user provides when registering on the Site and using all online and offline Services is Lawyer Laura Mingrino
The Law Firm may modify the content of this notice at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. All new terms and conditions will be effective from the date of publication. The Law Firm will notify users on the Site. Users are therefore invited to periodically check this page.
Purposes and methods of data processing. Nature of data provision and consequences of any refusal
The personal data – common, sensitive, and judicial – provided by the user (hereinafter the “Data”) during registration to the reserved areas of the Site are processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:
Non-sensitive personal data:
1. allow authentication of users who want to:
(i) access the reserved areas of the Site, (ii) use the online and offline Services provided by the Law Firm such as, by way of example only, the execution of the professional assignment received by the Law Firm, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters; scheduling appointments using the "online calendar"; requesting consultations; requesting review of legal documentation; requesting quotes; receiving informational and training material in the legal areas covered (the "online and offline Services");
2. to allow the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received from the Law Firm, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters;
3. allow the fulfillment of obligations required by laws or regulations.
Sensitive personal data:
exclusively for the purpose of allowing the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received by the Law Firm, both in judicial and extrajudicial contexts.
The processing of the Data provided for the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received by the Law Firm is carried out, among others, in accordance with the Provision of the Privacy Guarantor No. 60 of 6/11/2008, Official Gazette 24/11/2008 No. 275 (“Code of ethics and good conduct for the processing of personal data carried out for defensive investigations”). Authorization of the Privacy Guarantor No. 4/2014, published in the Official Gazette No. 301 of 30/11/2014 (“Authorization for the processing of sensitive data by freelancers”).
Providing the Data is optional, but necessary to use the online and offline services provided by the Law Firm, as well as to allow the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received by the Law Firm, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters, with access to the reserved areas of the Site.
Any refusal to provide the Data will therefore prevent the user from using the online and offline Services for which the Data is requested, as well as from accessing the reserved areas of the Site and, where applicable, will make it impossible to allow the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received by the Law Firm, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters.
The personal data voluntarily provided by users within emails and requests for services or information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
The data provided may be communicated to third parties, as managers or appointees of the Law Firm, if such parties have contractual relationships connected to the activity of the Law Firm.
In order to comply with obligations established by laws or regulations, the Law Firm may need to disclose the Data to Authorities and Supervisory and Control Bodies, Judicial Authorities or Public Security Authorities, as well as other central or local Public Administration bodies, which operate in total autonomy as separate data controllers.
The identification of such subjects will be communicated by the Law Firm upon request of the interested party, by writing to laura.mingrino@studiolegalemingrino.it
In relation to the purposes described, the processing of Data is carried out using electronic tools or paper supports, according to methods and logic consistent with the purposes for which they are collected and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security of the Data itself and prevent the loss of Data, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.
The processing of Data takes place only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the Data was collected. The Data will be processed for as long as your interest in maintaining the relationship with the Law Firm remains, and in being informed and updated about the training offer proposed by the same.
The data provided will not be disclosed or transferred abroad.
